Overview

The September 2003 Fifth Meeting of the States Parties agreed to hold the First Preparatory Meeting in advance of the Review Conference on 13 February 2004 in United Nations facilities in Geneva. In addition, the States Parties agreed to cost estimates for the first and second Preparatory Meetings.
